In our quest to build a better world we like to inspire and motivate others to go out there and be the change they seek. In that sense our ”in the brain of” series is where we invite international thought leaders to support you and me, providing mind blowing workshops that provide us with tools, techniques and understanding which gives us the power to go beyond the limits of normal.
After Alexander Osterwalder, Dave Gray, Jeffrey Liker and Christopher Avery we got another international thought leader lined-up for you! But we’re not revealing the identity, not yet, that would be too easy! If you are the first to guess who’s going to be next in our “in the brain of ” series you can win your personal learning package containing tools to become the change agent you deserve to be.
How does it work?
- Study the image below very carefully, there are plenty of clues hidden inside
- Submit your guess below (in the comments) and explain how the images relate to the speaker
- Contest will be closed May 16th as we will announce all details shortly afterwards
- The winner is the one who guessed the speaker first and had the best explanation for the picture below (so no wild guesses!)
What’s in it for you?
As change is key to survival and standing still is going backwards, the winner will receive his/her personal learning package to assure his/her survival in these amazing times of innovation and creativity incubation that are pushing the limits of speed and change beyond all expectations. The winner will receive “Fearless Change: Patterns for Introducing New Ideas“, ”Leading Change” and a still to be kept secret but practical game that will support him/her in getting organizations, team(s), people to handle the change needed in a responsible, respectful, creative and realistic manner.

A great Canadian-German coaching women asking questions…
Or a Colorado Phd…
People around might benefit from reading your “Who is Agile?” book on leanpub. Then again who knows…
do you want the whol explaination of the pictures in the comments? (I don’t want to spoil it for everyone searching)
As there is only 1 person guessing we reward Yves with the books & Fearless Journey game that is part of our next IBO session: “Change Management: Getting Unstuck! No More Buts!” with Deborah Preuss

now that the contest is closed, let me give the full details here:
the base of this lovely picture is a picture that is used as a background picture of twitter.
I think it was created as part of a training the person followed.
Even without seeing this picture before, I think I contains enough clues to know who it was created for/by.
In the left corner you see the logo of agile coach camp (which by coincidence I am wairing the t-shirt of the day I am writing this)
This lady was one of the inventors of ACC
You also see a black cat.
good work is being replaced by great work: this person wants us to go for greatness
in the upper right corner, you see lots of questions.
THis is a person who love’s asking question as part of her coaching skills
you also see a reverted image of a question she has proposed for my retroflection of the day
and this question was one of the 4 questions that was choosen to be printed on a t-shirt for ALE. (actually her queston was selected as the best one)
I see the words, “bigger game”. she was part ofthe team that organized Play4agile and is always in for using games to teach agile.
She is also a bridge builder between companies and silo’s in companies.
Yves
PS oh, you still don’t know who I am talking about?
Deborah Hartmann or Deborah Hartmann Preuss as she is called today…
(Or DeborahPreuss as her e-mail says)
