Lean & Kanban 2011 Benelux – We’re Live!

We’re back!

September 2010 will be remembered as the day we hosted the leading European Lean & Kanban for software and systems conference which up until today still holds the biggest number of attendees. Two days, 3 simultaneous tracks, 27 amazing speakers, thought leaders from all over the world, 235 participants representing 16 countries and an 8.8 average satisfaction score, it was an amazing conference.

Participants challenged us as they found the program and overall conference experience unbeatable. We took on this challenge and promise that you’re in for a surprise.

Lean & Kanban 2011 Benelux

Lean concepts such as Kanban, Kaizen,, JIT, Muda, Flow and many others have been widely accepted in Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain… for many decades and studies have shown significant increase in productivity, cost reduction and overall organizational effectiveness. Today, these concepts have been gaining greater adaption in Technology based industries and overall modern Knowledge Work environments. Lean & Kanban 2011 Benelux is a community platform for innovators, rulebreakers and changemakers to create awareness, encourage discussion and get valuable feedback upon these ideas.

Our 2011 program features a broad range of themes including Lean Product Development, Kanban, Leadership, Strategy, Risk, Process Visualization, Organizational Effectiveness, Continuous Improvement, Budgeting, Project Management, Change Management, Systems Design, Multi-Modal Processes, Lean Software Factory, Scaling Lean, Operations, Tools Showcases and hopefully much more. Our community approach guarantees a high degree of interaction and lots of room for sharing experiences among participants.

Today, we shape tomorrow’s future.
